HWS I-20 Application

The HWS Admissions Office uses this information to issue a Form I-20, which you will use to apply for the F-1 (student) visa. In addition to providing valuable information we need to issue your I-20, you will also need to upload a copy of the photo page of your passport showing name, photo, date of birth and passport expiration date. If you already have a valid F-1 visa, we ask that you also upload your current I-20 and a scan of your visa.
